Table Exporter helps you export native HTML tables on webpages to CSV/TSV. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• License key (only if you enter one to unlock Pro features).
• License activation data (a locally generated device identifier and a license instance id).
• License status (Free vs Pro) retrieved from our licensing service.
• Extension settings such as License API Base URL and Checkout URL.

What we do not collect

• We do not upload the content of the webpages you visit.
• We do not store exported table data on our servers.
• We do not use third-party analytics trackers in the extension.

How we use data

• Activate and validate your license key to enable Pro features.
• Enforce a one-device activation limit (with user-initiated deactivation).

Data storage

• License key, device identifier, and settings are stored locally using Chrome extension storage.
• License status and activation records are managed by our payment/licensing provider.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. If you choose to use Pro features, the extension will send your license key and license instance id to our licensing service, which forwards the request to our payment/licensing provider to validate and manage activations.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the backend and your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above.
